HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT POLICY

We will continually enhance our Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance in our activities, product and services through a structured HSE management framework.

Towards this commitment, we shall

• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE legislations and other requirements. 
• Establish Specific Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental objectives and targets.
• Identifying and adhering to all environmental compliance obligations, whether these to be legal, corporate or client environmental requirements.
• Assigning roles, responsibilities and resources to support implementation of this policy and associated arrangements.
• Developing and implementing an effective health & safety management system that identifies our significant hazards and mitigates risks to acceptable levels.
• Prevent / minimize risks involved in Environment, Occupational Health and Safety through continual improvement in process and HSE practices at all levels and functions for prevention of pollution and injury & ill health of the employees.
• Enhance Occupational Health, Safety and Environment awareness amongst all persons working under the control of the company through effective communication and training.

This Policy shall be periodically reviewed to ensure that it is appropriate to GetWater and is basis for development of HSE Objectives. This Policy shall be understood & communicated to all employees of GetWater Dammam facility and all project sites as well as shall be available to relevant interested Stakeholders.
